To The Acting/Electoral Commissioner of QLD

I attach a scanned copies of the Townsville Bulletin story about “apparent” enforcement action against The Jenny Hill Gang/Team  dated 21/9/18. “Team Hill hit with fine for breach” Chris Lees , p3 . “Mayors Campaign Donation ‘slip up’ “ Tony Raggatt 3/5/2018 and ,  “Stadium hotel row”  Tony Raggatt 10/4/18 . 

It was inquiries about the hotel story that touched off the amendment.

I do this because it represents the only scant record of any such “action” .

I ask why hasn’t the commission detailed any enforcement action on its website like the CCC does?

You have a media officer cos the phone number is on your site and the nice lady rang me back once out of hours.

The following should be stated on your site :

·         * The date any such action was started ;

·         

              * Was it charges and under EXACTLY WHAT provisions ?

·         * Against whom such action/charges were specifically brought, for instance the gang/team as a whole  or the registered agent for that gang named on the returns only ?

·         * If it was charges, who had carriage of the prosecution and in which court?

·         * If the matter/s were in a court was there a guilty plea in writing?

·         * Was there convictions recorded /not recorded and if not what were the orders of the beak?  

·          

       All enforcement actions taken by the commission should be stated in releases as well

One would think that after the CCC’s recent inquiries and reports

( www.ccc.qld.gov.au )    that the ECQ would be wanting to crack down harder than allowing public officials to just get away with only a slap on the wrist . If the commission has had a read of the Operation Belcarra Report , and compared the returns which can be done on the net by one commission officer , you should have noticed :

·         * the illegal use of post office boxes for addresses  

·         * the offence of misleading the commission by allowing donors to disguise their company names . In 2012 The Griffins hid behind the names of Deeragun, Garmont , Interlaken , Sonnenberg and Vibram. This was obvious because the Griffin name was on the pdf returns. In the 2016 returns There were no third party returns under those names but they were declared by The Hill Gang return . There was nothing but a couple addresses to Identify the Griffins who had changed sides if looked atin islotaion. Yet the 2012 returns make it obvious

·          * Kern Corp , which in the environmental conflict prone Magnetic Island was hidden under the Name of “Brechest”  in 2012 and 2016 and this was only discovered by googling addresses on the net. No effort was made to disclose who it was.

·         * There is an obscure donation by “all:pm “

·         * My Blog article “SCOOP: THE CRIMES OF TOWNSVILLE MAYOR JENNY HILL’S GANG, MAIDMENT GROUP AND THE CORRUPTION OF LAURENCE LANCINI AND OTHERS. -PAT COLEMAN 5/7/2018” https://cynicismcentraltownsvilleaustralia.blogspot.com/2018/07/scoop-crimes-of-townsville-mayor-jenny.html  details that a Donation or donations were made by the developer “Maidment Group”  and this is not listed on the returns at all for the Hill Gang . That the same meeting minutes show that The Hill Gang knew they had taken money from McConaghy Properties and Maidment. MCConaghy was found to be “Lentenyard” by googling post office boxes. They knew there were repercussions for non disclosure (if enforced0. And, especially from their date of amendment .

Will the commission bump this up to the CCC  like I am doing  because :

·         * The evidence of non disclosure of Maidment ,was discovered via meeting minutes which showed they voted where they all had an interest , and many more votes have been taken?

·         * The disguising of McConaghy Properties was only discovered  in the same way ?

·         * That there was no inadvertent reason for disguising the Griffin donations

·        *  My blog discloses people in proceedings donating and then achieving court outcomes.

·         * The CCC has more resources if that excuse is to be used.

·         * That Townsville requires a detailed investigation

·         * That Townsville politicians were in a special position of knowledge about electoral laws because they kicked off the previous CJC Sheperdson Inquiry into Electoral Corruption and that an “all guns blazing approach” must be adopted ?
