that the mafia is running the show in in Qld, look no further than the
Adani rockshow (please keep looking).
So , lets cut straight to the chase about the moral and
legal authority of Adani itself , corrupt politicians , legal attack dogs ,
various flogs giving the union movement
a bad name , and Adani supporting
media and mining and developer
representative organisations - THE
MAFIA.
Its illegal for anyone else to destroy fauna and flora under
any number of acts including the Qld Nature Conservation Act. But , that’s just
us isn’t it? Hmmmn ?
Adani and its
subsidiaries were always an illegal foreign donor under the following
provisions of the Qld Electoral Act , s205 269-270 , s 275 .
s307A and s 307B say
you must not do it or engage in a conspiracy to bring about a scheme to
circumvent the prohibitions or for the foreign donations to be facilitated.
s180 makes it an offence for an electoral commission official to “wilfully
neglect or fail to perform any duty” under the Qld Act.

and type in Adani. You will see previous money to the ALP and very recent money to the LNP . And the
brown man Adani , has shown his true colours by slinging One Nation $15K for
fascist paramilitary support.
Since 2012-13, the addresses Adani gave for its
office where the donations were made is 25/10 Eagle st Brisbane. Jenny Hill
tried to get around this by putting her donations of flights and accommodation
through the 2016-17 federal ALP return . She is a Qld mayor.
You might say, well , “it cant be illegal if the ECQ
does nothing” . They were exposed by the CCC’s Belcarra report as useless and
the bloke they got to do the investigation FMR Brisbane Lord Mayor Jim Soorley,
joined the Terracom mining company as a
director with Craig Wallace and co, and slung $11k to Burdekin labor for
support for the Blair Athol coal mine down the road on 6/6/18.
Lets go a little further. The Qld cops have the
power to cut through the whole mess under s12-13, and s204 of the Qld Criminal Code for
“disobedience of statute law” , and the joint offender and conspiracy (s543)
provisions. A person can be gaoled. Its actually an offence for cops not to act
under s200.
The ALP has known all this since at least 2016 And
the Adani and other foreign donations have been funnelled Yankee style through

We have Adani supporting corrupt politicians, legal
attack dogs and certain flogs in the union movement (MAFIA) who would seek to whip up violence
against activists like they did in logging communities and in support of the
white shoe brigade . We have even had ex cops with obvious integrity Peter Dutton and Dale Last take the Mafia’s
side . Last even warned activists to get out of Qld . They would do that
wouldn’t they ? They are in the conspiracy up to their necks and the only way
out of it is over metaphorical or real bleeding bodies.
If you are an ex or serving cop or ex military and
you take the mafia’s side , you are a particularly heinous individual and
sentencing should be worse for you. Its an aggravating factor.
If you support the MAFIA, YOU ARE THE MAFIA .
Given all the people who can and don’t legally act,
there is no-one with the legal and moral authority left to criticise activists
who stand up for themselves. Any court cases are an opportunity to get people
under oath to break that oath and commit more offences.
And personally, Im drooling with anticipation
knowing what the legal definition of “within and inch of YOUR LIVES” means in
self defence and how to argue it in court.
