Saturday 31/10/2020 I was unlawfully arrested at the Mundingburra Booth of the Queensland State Election (Australia) on a trumped up charge of a breach of the peace for doing exactly the same thing as everyone else. Everyone else was from parties bribed by crooks and the fascist One Nation Party and Katter Australia Party (KAP)
The electoral commission said they had no argument with me once explained that I was a third party. I told everyone as soon as I got there that I knew I was going to be set up and they would have to make up a reason and therefore I was there “fishing without nets- fishing for coppers” “And my camera was my AK47. I stated the false imprisonment cases I would use too. But it was all about winning the day, to prevent me from doing what I wanted to do for 4 years.
I was told to move on because I what I said and what I was doing. I asked what it was that I had said because they only talked to the LNP despite the phone call being ,made by Allan Sherrit of One Nation whom I have constantly opposed since they started running in 1998 here. I have him making statements in support of Aparthied before he called cops (facebook link above) . I said it was repeating what was in my leaflets about Doyle and they said it was that .
I was put into Cop Wagon 184 ZQJ .
It was Sherritt who called cops. From the back of the wagon , I could see through the windscreen and as we got into Woolcock st they got orders to turn around and dropped me home. I asked if they were going to give me a notice to appear and they said no charges. I even got all my films .
What this means is I can sue for false imprisonment because I am in control of all my films which exonerate me.
This was a very expensive way of getting me out of the way of Doyle whom I was attacking in my leaflets.

COMPULSORY PREFERENTIAL VOTING IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL IF IT GETS TO COURT
I have come to the conclusion as a former law student who has won constitutional arguments in court, after reading all the High Court Free Speech and Electoral cases, that since at least 2015 Federal Compulsory preferential voting is unconstitutional. And especially Qlds CPV. This is because optional preferential voting worked. It works in other states and above the line fore the senate. This is fatal to CPV and if it gets to court it will fall. MY legal argument is on my blog link below. Once CPV is found invalid, all elections held under it will have no legitimacy. This is because, the previous court cases the court will refer to will have dates on them. Doyle sought preselection for the LNP as a senior officer and became the candidate in February 2020. Doyle knew this as I went to Townsville Police HQ with a paper demanding charges for prohibited donations from Adani and banned developer donor Honeycombes the the LNP, labor and one nation and the lobbyists and party agents. s31 Of the Qld Criminal Code says in part - Justification and excuse—compulsion
(1) A person is not criminally responsible for an act or omission,if the person does or omits to do the act under any of the following circumstances, that is to say—
(a) in execution of the law;
(b) in obedience to the order of a competent authority which he or she is bound by law to obey, unless the order is manifestly unlawful;
Where people are protesting against what is clearly corrupt mafia or fascism , the cops only duty is to protect those citizens Forbutt v Blake [1981] 51 FLR at 475 Per Connor J “I am unable to attribute an intention to the legislature to expose a person to such a penalty for disobeying a police order to cease lawful activity where the only relevant police duty is to prevent a breach of the peace by other citizens .
“I will cause…..(the) … peace to be kept and preserved; that I will prevent to the best of my power all offences against the same”
Cops are therefore required to disobey other cops with higher rank. They are required to report and arrest other cops. LNP and far right cops cant be trusted to act honestly for the purposes of s408C1(e ), (f) and (g) , and s92A of the code https://www.legislation.qld.gov.au/view/html/inforce/current/act-1899-009# and s15 of the CCC Act. Being involved with corrupt parties and far right mobs means they don’t act impartially.
