MAFIA LGAQ PARTY DONORS V QLD CCC
Today, the Qld Parliamentary Crime and Corruption Committee of Qld, which oversees the Qld supposed corruption watchdog, handed down a report supposedly damming the Qld CCC Chair for taking action against SE Qld Councilors. The CCC response here https://www.ccc.qld.gov.au/news/ccc-statement-following-pccc-inquiry
Well…they would say that wouldn’t they !
After the CCC’s Belcarra Report into Council corruption was handed down, which in part said that because there are time limits for corruption prosecutions that let people off the hook, there were 2 inquiries proposing changes to legislation relating to council corruption.
You will see from the dates of the inquiries, that the furious donations from the Local Government Association fall within those times. Those donations were to both the Qld Labor Party and the Qld LNP. Their members were under attack, including ex cops.
This money came from public funds given to the LGAQ by Councils and government. In fact, it can be called embezzled money. The people who gave that money to the LGAQ are clearly guilty.
Here’s how it works using the example of the business criminal representative organization called Townsville Enterprise.
It got and continues to get public funding from the Townsville City Council. The Mayor Jenny Hill is a director of TEL on the board
On the board she voted to donate $6K to the LNP via seats at a fundraiser. Mayor Jenny Hill is labor. She is also a director and policy director of the LGAQ. Link here https://cynicismcentraltownsvilleaustralia.blogspot.com/2018/07/scoop-townsville-enterprise-gang-begins.html
I broke the story about that and later she slung the ALP some to keep the dogs off her back for directly funding the enemy. Link here https://cynicismcentraltownsvilleaustralia.blogspot.com/2019/10/townsville-enterprise-funnels-another.html
Tony Mooney, the former mayor of Townsville, was also a board member of Guilford Coal which also donated to the LNP’s 2012 campaign in Townsville. Links on this post https://cynicismcentraltownsvilleaustralia.blogspot.com/2020/09/dear-john-hathaway-lnp-for-townsville.html
I will simply list the inquiries and their dates and copy and paste the donations and their links.
Stands out like dogs balls. Like the fact that coppers have joined these parties which also takes proceeds of money laundering crimes from the gambling industry. They all got form. The got no moral authority to put the finger at the CCC as they took money from people under investigation. They were members of their party branches. Did they disc lose that interest ? Fuck no !
I broke down the 2016 donations and found that the Townsville Mafia had tried to corrupt Logan and Ipswich and they in turn sent Wingate Properties up with Money for the Townsville Election link here https://cynicismcentraltownsvilleaustralia.blogspot.com/2018/07/scoop-crimes-of-townsville-mayor-jenny.html
