But first I have to deal with the Townsville Magpie issue . Why do I respond ? Cos some smarmy barrister either hired by the government or otherwise could claim in court I never attempted to speak up for myself .

I feel I have to reply to Malcolm Weatherup aka The Townsville Magpie in his story of today Sunday 1 July . Whilst I have been using an alias on his comments page for his stories, that being “A Keen Eye” to drop info. I did it not because I wanted to hide, but for the simple reason I was not allowed to use my real name.

People may wish to compare the wording of my releases on this blog to “The Little flourishes” he adds to them. Media from across the country have cc’d email copies of my releases. Whilst I have a sense of humour (I giggle at my own farts and sometimes wake myself up laughing at dreamt fart jokes, how about that ladies?) and I fought all the way to the high court winning all the way and using the constitution to knock off what I was charged with and overturning a 70 year old QLD law leading to its repeal, I take umbrage at the label “sometimes incoherent”. Here we go again. This time the CTH Auditor General has handed down a report into the government unduly using commercial in confidence relating to the awarding of contracts.

If the official auditors and us mug punters can figure out who, sometimes in advance , sometimes after its too late, have made political donations affecting the decision making “processes” from the disclosures and lobbyist register web sites , then why cant the Federal Police or the QLD CCC see it also ?

DONORS GOT THE PIPELINE TOO . OK , late January 2017 the 1^st contracts were awarded for the Burdekin Pipeline to Ross Dam .

They were awarded to overall boss of the project UDP, owned by Pat Brady former Port Authority bloke , SMEC which is a subsidiary of Singapore based Suburna Jarung and GHD. Surprise surprise after a bit of checking for my cutting and donations search , the money aint big but they don’t want to scare away donors if they have been “altruistic” enough to grease the palms to both sides .

Lancini started small for instance with a couple of grand then like a thief who steals as a servant has so far slung $86 k to Labor and $104 to the LNP since 98 not including the tens of thousands to the corrupt Logan Council mob .

The Qld Auditor General released a report scathing of the lack of disclosure about the reasons for awarding of government contracts . Well , don’t take a fucken rocket scientist does it??
