certain companies got the multi million dollar public Burdekin to Townsville
(QLD ) Water Pipeline TENDERS .

My prediction that Iplex was going to win the Pipeline supply contract tender was sent out to all local media 8 am 24/4/18 on the day it was going to be announced in the afternoon. I scooped them.

Iplex who got the pipe supply contract over “Steel Mains” , was associated with the “Crane Group” . They had donated previously $37 477 to labor 1998-2010 , and $30 000 to the libs between 98 and 2004.
“Crane Group” is associated with the Australian Pipelines
and Gas Association .
Its said Crane was taken over by Fletcher building and references to donations in that context were barking up the wrong tree. I’ll get to that with the lobbyist bagman donations , the person who said it knows who he is , so, I’ll just adjust “Fletcher” to suit my description of that doubter YOU FELTCHER !

I did an internet search of ultimate
company ownership and relationships between Subsidiaries . Ultimately , when you go to the Ingham Rd Townsville site , you see the big "Holcim" and "Humes" signs . Holcim is a Swiss multinational who took over from the previous Mexican Cemex and Rinker group.
I do this to
identify kickbacks by those parent companies or subsidiaries that can affect
whether they get the job using what is known as “Similar Fact” or “propensity
evidence” to make a circumstantial case. That is , to ground my suspicions in a
fact or number of facts which , when placed together , an inference can be
drawn from.
Since 2007 , the ownership of Humes and other subsidiaries
has been complex . At one time it was a subsidiary of a subsidiary called WDS
which was placed in the administration of FTI Consulting in 2015. FTI is
embroiled in the QLD Nickel saga ATM (links below) .
In an online “capability statement” Humes says its a subsidiary of “CEMEX” and
has contracted “WDS” and “DJ MacCormick
