And handed it over to the Co-Ord Gen to make the decision. Go figure!

There are just too many referrals of Townsville Council to the CCC to deny they arnt on the radar.
As for safe swimming, don’t blow smoke up our butts Jenny. Right now we can get rid of the drum lines and keep stinger nets in all year round cos they keep sharks out. You just need 2 spares for rotation that would only cost around $150k for buying and maintenance. Canning the drumlines would save millions too. Ask Prof Jamie Seymour. If you got a rockpool , beach and the Tobruk pool , why do you need a big lagoon next door unless you are planning more QLD Nickels , Chinalco’s or Sun Metals by the sea in a cyclone zone ?
