He had a big residential approval refused by the previous
council in 2012. He appealed it to court. It was before court when Wheeler
donated to The JENNY HILL GANG for the
2016 election.
Today 12/7/2018 its reported that the matter has been
settled in favour of the donor.
There is a pattern forming. On my blog, I show in my
uncensored version of my submission to the current QLD Donations ban inquiry

It is irrelevant that TSV demo’s was a donor to the opposition
when they got approved this year. There is a pattern cos of the developer donor
ban of poaching donors and also many companies donating to both sides through

GROUP’S” Marina units complex
application MUST have been put into the development corporation . The dates of
its lodgement are recorded in the bully story
“Recently The Townsville Bulletin and other news
publications nationally, published a story . “Developer reveals plan for Marina
site” by Scott Sawyer 28/6/18. Stating that Maidment had lodged an application
with the council for approval of its “11 homes and 16 –unit apartment block” at
30 Mariners Drive on the Casino land by the water. And said that Glen Maidment
had said it was a $50 Million dollar development.”
The council site said there are no applications that
wont fit on the site , thus it is being covered up .
